Terms of Service
Please review these Terms and our Privacy Policy before you create an account, list a property, book, pay, or withdraw funds. By using IPO Estate you agree to these Terms.
1. Platform role
IPO Estate provides a technology platform that helps customers discover properties and hosts publish listings, manage availability, receive booking requests, and request withdrawals. IPO Estate is not a party to any sale, lease, viewing, stay, or service agreement between customers and hosts unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.
2. No liability for loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPO Estate, its owners, managers, employees, and partners are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, theft, fraud, cancelled booking, failed payment, delayed payout, misrepresentation by a user, property defect, personal injury, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from dealings between users.
You use listings, bookings, messaging, payments, and identity information at your own risk. Always verify properties, documents, and counterparties independently.
3. Accounts, KYC, and host OTP
- Customers may be required to submit ID numbers and photos (KYC) before booking.
- Hosts must keep a valid phone number and complete SMS OTP login.
- You are responsible for keeping credentials and OTP codes confidential.
4. Bookings, cancellations, and ratings
Booking requests, payments, completions, and ratings are tools to coordinate users. Cancellation limits may apply to customers and hosts. Repeated abusive cancellations may lead to suspension.
5. Payments and withdrawals
In-app payments may be processed through third-party providers. Host withdrawals require IPO manager review and approval before payout is completed. Daily withdrawal limits may be set by IPO super-admins. IPO is not responsible for bank/mobile-money delays or incorrect destination details you submit.
6. Content and conduct
You must not post false listings, illegal content, or harass others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
