Delete your account
You can permanently delete your IPO Estate account at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated personal data from our active systems, subject to limited retention where we must keep records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the IPO Estate app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
This calls our API to delete your account. The action cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:
Include the subject line “Delete IPO Estate account” and the email address used to register. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
