Delete or export your data
You can export a copy of your personal data, or ask us to delete personal data associated with your account, in line with our privacy policy.
Export your data in the app
- Open the IPO Estate app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose Export my data (or equivalent) and share/save the JSON export.
Delete personal data
The most complete way to delete your personal data is to delete your account. That removes your profile and associated personal data from our active systems.
To request deletion of specific data without closing the account (for example a profile photo or phone number), update those fields in the app, or email:
Use the subject “Delete IPO Estate data”, state which data you want removed, and use the email registered on your account. We aim to respond within 30 days after verifying your identity.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention, as described in the privacy policy. Listing content may be anonymised or removed according to those same rules.
